If I buy norton antivirus for one computer can I install it on a secons and receive the updates on that computer, I heard you cant but im not sure if it's true or not, also is it even worth it for me to buy the 2006 version now especailly when the 2007 version is coming out in a couple of days, I got a deal for the 2006 version for only $14 I dont care if it dosent have the newest and best on it just as long as it works good and I get the updates I need???
If I buy norton antivirus for one computer can I install it on a second and receive the updates on that computnortonantivirus
I think you can probably install the software on both PC's and get updates for both (though I don't use Norton Antivirus 2006), but unless the license explicitly states that it is for more than one computer, then you are probably breaching the license conditions.
As to whether you should wait for 2007, if your discount is good, I would definitely go for the 2006 version. But the best advice I can give you is not to use Norton at all, but to use Nod 32 by eset.
