I have symentic antivirus on my server and then network threat protection doesnt allow DHCP to give

i have symentic antivirus installed on my server and then network threat protection doesnt allow DHCP to give IP's to the client computers and then i have to disable the network threat protection then it starts working i dont know what to do could you plez help me
