Very. Bad. Idea. It will not only slow your computer speed down drastically because 2 separate programs are scanning every single file that's accessed, but it can and will cause system instability that can be bad enough to force you to have to reinstall your operating system and lose everything. It is always a horrible idea to have more than one antivirus program even installed, let alone running, they almost always conflict with each other. I had Norton and Mcafee installed together once, and right after i installed Norton, windows would no longer boot. I would get a blue screen as soon as my programs started to load after entering my password. Having 2 virus scanners doesn't make you more secure, just get one good one. Uninstall one of them while you still can.
