dont know what to do??? can anyone help? i tried running my antivirus in safe mode but that didnt help either...i think its a virus thats spreading....SOMEONE HELP!! .......please

try a different antiVirus program, like spybot, adaware or windows defender. you have norton, right?

Yeah,that happens only if ur using ZONE LABS stuff,zone labs is a good anti virus and a firewall but there are many other **** which are better.I personally tried zone labs but it sucks,u can use Kaspersky Anti-Virus Version 6.I personally use that one and it is kick ***.Hit me up in my yahoo id 2 chat and if u want a serial key for full subscrition.Download the software.Its the best.

Go to control panel, add/remove programs. Remove all unnecessary programs from your machine! Unnecessary means; peer to peer file sharing programs, such as Limewire, kazaa, etc., screen savers, anything with search or net in the name (spyware) and everything except what you know you should have. You should only have the programs you purchased and know and Microsoft office, nothing else.
