Trouble with mlb.com and Norton antivirus?

I have a subscription to mlb.tv (to watch baseball games online through mlb.com). It stopped working Thursday, and when I called mlb.com, they said it was due to my computer running Norton AntiVirus (that the update they did on Thursday blocked mlb.com as an "untrusted" website). I believe this could be right, as I was able to watch the games on my other computer. Norton's tech support was completely unhelpful (1 1/2 hours with nothing accomplished). Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to unblock a website in Norton AntiVirus 2007? THANK YOU!

Try the firewall settings, or go back to Norton support and ask for a refund (you really have to sound serious with these people). Link to chat with a representative: http://www.symantec.com/home_homeoffice/...

If you get a refund buy McAfee or Kaspersky

Use some other software. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html
i would uninstall ALL of norton, download AVG from www.download.co and i think your problems will go away
